こんにちは。

オーストラリア、アデレードという街に在住の YUKO と言います。

アデレードは南オーストラリア州にありますが、ここはオーストラリアでワインの生産量 No1!!　国全体の50パーセント以上を占めているワインの首都です。

週末や、何でもいいから理由を付けて友達の家でホームパーティをする時には各自それぞれワインや自分の好きな飲み物持参、夕食会なら各自一品持ち寄りやテイクアウトがいいならそれも良し!で、お友達の家へ遊びに行きます。そこには先ず前菜がテーブルの上に載ります。各種色々なチーズや生ハム、燻製肉、オリーブ、アーティチョーク、フルーツペースト、ドライフルーツ、酢漬けのお野菜、ディップにクラッカー等々いろいろな食べ物と一緒に飲み、食しながら友達との会話を楽しみます。

日本へたまに里帰りした時に、バーでチーズを頼んでもクラッカーやフルーツペーストが載っているわけでもなくただチーズを食べるだけ、生ハムの盛り合わせを頼んでも然りお肉だけの所に遭遇しました。それを見て、やっぱり文化が違うと言えども最近日本人もワインを飲むようになって来たでしょ?　色々な前菜があると尚更ワインが美味しくなる楽しみ方を知らないのかなぁ、色んな食べ方を教えてあげたいなぁと思って、美味しいクラッカーを輸入したいと思うようになったのです。

まだまだ何をどうやって皆さんに知らせて行けばいいのか手探り状態ですが、少しずつこんな食べ方もあるんだなと言う事を分かって貰えるように努力していきたいと思っていますので何か機会がありましたらお試しください。

今あるプロダクトはクラッカー4種類です。ワインに付随した物に興味はありますが、でも何か他に便利なものがあれば送りたいなぁと思っているんです。

I say YUKO who lives in the city called Adelaide, Australia.

Adelaide is located in South Australia, but it is the wine capital that accounts for over 50 percent of the country's wine production volume in Australia.

If you have a weekend party, or a home party with a reason for anything you like, bring your own wine or drink of your own when you go, or if you like to have a pick-up or take-out for a dinner party, that's good! I will go home to play. At first there is an appetizer on the table. A variety of cheeses and ham, smoked meat, olives, artichokes, fruit paste, dried fruits, pickled vegetables, dips and crackers etc. Drink with various foods and enjoy conversations with friends while eating.

Sometimes when I came back to Japan, I asked for cheese in the bar, and it was not because I had crackers or fruit paste, but I just eat cheese, and I asked for a platter of raw ham. Seeing that, even though the culture is different, recently Japanese people have come to drink wine even though culture is different? If you do not know how to enjoy the wine more delicious if there are various appetizers, various ways of eating I came to want to import delicious crackers because I wanted to teach them.

I'm still searching for how to inform everyone about how to go, but I want to make an effort to understand and say that there is a way to eat this little by little, so I have some opportunities Please try it if you have one.

There are four types of crackers in our products. I'm interested in things that accompany wine, but I'm an exporter who wants to send something else that is useful.
